Known as: protein kinase, DNA-activated, catalytic polypeptide, DNA-PKcs, HYPERRADIOSENSITIVITY COMPLEMENTING 1, MOUSE, HOMOLOG OF 
This gene plays a role in cellular homeostasis by transcription modulation. The gene is also involved in V(D)J recombination.
