TAF8 gene

Known as: TBN, TATA-box binding protein associated factor 8, TBP-ASSOCIATED FACTOR, RNA POLYMERASE II, 43-KD 
This gene plays a role in transcriptional initiation and is required for basal and activator-dependent transcription.
