การศกษาวจยครงนมวตถประสงคเพอวเคราะหและเปรยบเทยบการบรหารงานวชาการในดานสภาพทเปนจรงของ โรงเรยน และสภาพทคาดหวงของผปกครองทมตอโรงเรยนอนบาลเอกชน สงกดสำนกงานคณะกรรมการการศกษาเอกชน เขตสาทร กรงเทพมหานคร และเพอเสนอแนวทางในการบรหารงานวชาการสำหรบโรงเรยนอนบาลเอกชนเพอใหสอดคลองตอ ความคาดหวงของผปกครอง ประชากรทใชในการศกษา ไดแก ผปกครองนกเรยนอนบาลจากโรงเรยนอนบาลขนาดเลก จำนวน 3 แหง รวมทงสน 172 ทาน เปนผตอบแบบสอบถาม และ ผปกครอง 3 ทาน และผบรหารโรงเรยนอนบาลเอกชน สงกด สำนกงานคณะกรรมการการศกษาเอกชน เขตสาทร กรงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 3 ทาน ทเปนผใหสมภาษณ เครองมอทใชวด ระดบการรบทราบและความคาดหวงของผปกครอง คอ แบบสอบถาม และ แบบสมภาษณ วเคราะหขอมลโดยใช คาความถ คาเฉลย คาเบยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวเคราะหเนอหา ผลการวจยพบวาผตอบแบบสอบถามสวนใหญเปนเพศหญง อาย 31 - 40 ป มรายไดตอเดอนมากกวา 45,000 บาท มการศกษาระดบสงกวาปรญญาตร มสถานภาพสมรสและอยกบคสมรส และทำงานเปนพนกงานบรษทเอกชน ผปกครองเหน วาโรงเรยนมการบรหารงานวชาการดานตางๆ โดยรวมอยในระดบมากทกดาน มความคาดหวงในดานตาง ๆ โดยรวมอยใน ระดบมากทกดาน ในสวนแนวทางการบรหารงานวชาการตามความคาดหวงของผปกครองนกเรยนนน โรงเรยนตองประสาน ความรวมมอกบผปกครอง โดยจดทำเอกสารรายงานพฒนาการทางรางกาย สตปญญา ดานสงคม และดานอารมณ ใหผปกครอง ไดรบทราบ ประสานความรวมมอทางวชาการกบหนวยงาน หรอองคกรตาง ๆ ภายนอก เพอพฒนาความร และทกษะตางๆ ของครและผปกครอง THE ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION GUIDELINES ACCORDING TO THE EXPECTATION OF THE PARENTS’ PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN PRIVATE KINDERGARTENS UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE OFFICE OF PRIVATE EDUCATION COMMISSION, SATHORN DISTRICT, BANGKOK METROPOLIS The purposes of this research are to analyze and compare the actual circumstances concerning academic administration of the private kindergartens under the control of the Office of the Private Education Commission, Sathorn District, Bangkok (OPEC Sathorn), and the parents’ expectations; and to attain the guidelines for the academic administration that the kindergartens should do in order to make them compliant to the parents’ expectations. The populations of this research project are the parents of 3 small kindergartens, the total number of which is 172, and 3 preschool students’ parents and 3 administrators of kindergartens under OPEC Sathorn. The tool used for measuring the parents’ awareness and expectation on the academic administration of the kindergartens is a set of questionnaire and an interview script. The statistical tools employed for data analysis were frequencies, means, standard deviations and analyzed with content analysis technique. The findings from the study reveal that most of the studied parents are the female, whose ages are 31-40 years, earning more than 45,000 baht per month, having the degrees that are higher than Bachelor’s ones, married and living with spouses, and working in private companies. The parents are highly aware of all the aspects and have high level of expectations toward the school administration in all the aspects. Concerning the guidelines for the administration of the kindergarten, it is apparent that the kindergartens have to collaborate with parents by making literal reports on children’s development in terms of physic, intelligence, social skills and emotions to their parents. In addition, it is suggested that the kindergartens should cบoทllนabำo rate with work units or organizations outside in order to boost teachers’ and parents’ knowledge and skills.
