Analysing the orbit influence on multipath fading in global navigation satellite systems
@article{Gao2014AnalysingTO, title={Analysing the orbit influence on multipath fading in global navigation satellite systems}, author={Yang Gao and Zheng Yao and Xiaowei Cui and Mingquan Lu}, journal={Iet Radar Sonar and Navigation}, year={2014}, volume={8}, pages={65-70}, url={https://api.semanticscholar.org/CorpusID:122927468} }
The analysis result shows that for GEO satellites, the multipath fading frequency varies large with time, and is very sensitive to orbit inclination, which can well explain the various fading characteristics actually observed in theory.
