Процес управління активами та пасивами банківських установ є головним елементом банківського менеджменту, який поєднує узгодження управлінських рішень і досягнення необхідних пропорцій між обсягами та видами активних та пасивних операцій. У статті визначено сутність управління активами і пасивами банку як механізм збільшення ефективності діяльності. Здійснено аналіз активу і пасиву балансу комерційного банку. Проведено дослідження дотримання умов фінансової стійкості, ліквідності та дотримання нормативів ліквідності НБУ.
