Abstract The 0°-meson may be a scalar or a vector particle. The two possible interactions which account for its decay into two π-mesons are considered. The cross sections (a) for the anomalous decay of ϑ 0 into two π-mesons and a γ-ray, and (b) for the production reaction π - + p → Λ 0+θ 0, are calculated, in the hope of finding a criterion to distinguish between the two spin values.

A model for λ‡-θ‡ production

SummaryA calculation of the perturbation theoretic angular distributions in the reaction Ν-+p → λ‡+θ‡ is reported. Some general implications of the model Ν-+p → single particle λ‡+θ‡ are described.

The S-Matrix for Meson-Nucleon Interactions

Abstract The possibility is considered of obtaining a divergence free S-ruatrix. for the interactions of mesons with, nucleons along the lines of mass and charge renormalization, which Dyson has so

The S Matrix in Quantum Electrodynamics

The covariant quantum electrodynamics of Tomonaga, Schwinger, and Feynman is used as the basis for a general treatment of scattering problems involving electrons, positrons, and photons. Scattering
