The data demonstrate the upregulation of circ_0008726 in PE placenta, which inhibits the migration, invasion, and EMT of HTR-8/SVneo cells by targeting miR-345-3p/RYBP axis and suggest that circ_ thousand8726 could be a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for PE.

Targeting mPEG-poly (lactide-co-glycplide) drug-loaded nano-micelles inhibit liver cancer.
A novel smart drug delivery system (DDS) is reported that designs and prepares Doxorubicin-conjugates and in situ liver cancer animal models and has a satisfactory drug load.

Materials Science, Medicine
An electrical conductive polymeric scaffold, Polyaniline/PLCL nanofiber mats was prepared using an electrospinning technique and the PANi was toxic in the substantial extent, however the toxicity was reduced for PANi/PL CL nanofibers, as PANiwas incorporated inside the fibers and therefore they did not contact directly with cells.
MDSCs in pregnancy and pregnancy-related complications: an update
Myeloid-derived suppressor cells have emerged as a novel immunomodulator at the maternal–fetal interface, thus targeting myeloids' functions could positively influence the outcome of immunological pregnancy complications.
