This research proposes a framework for the GNSS robust heterogeneous ensemble clock system that includes the two-stage Kalman filter logic structure and results show that the spaceborne composite clock signal combines the advantages of short- and long-term frequency stability and improves the overall stability performance compared with a single AFS.

The microwave spectrum line shape and the signal-to-noise ratio of a compact optically detected magnetic-state-selection cesium beam clock are analyzed and the performance is related to the atomic utilization ratio and locking parameters when the laser frequency noise is the dominant noise source.

This paper proposed a two-level satellite timing system, and used multiple time-keeping node satellites to generate a more stable space-based time scale, and used the sparse sampling Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm to improve the accuracy of clock error long-term prediction on space-based time scale.
