족부 및 족관절 분야는 대부분의 구조물들이 피하에 가깝게 위치하여 초음파 검사가 용이하며 여러 병변의 감별 진단에 초음파가 많은 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 종설에서는 흔하게 접할 수 있는 족부 및 족관절 질환을 중심으로 초음파의 활용에 대해 설명하고자 하였다. 【The use of sonography is easy in the foot and ankle region due to the subcutaneous location of most structures.
