Known as: (+/-)-5-(P-Chlorophenyl)-2-(P-Tolylsulfonyl)-4-Pentynoic Acid

An insulin sensitizer with hypoglycemic activity. Tibeglisene is also able to reduce serum triglyceride and cholesterol concentrations.
