Known as: Dorsal branch of medial occipital artery to corpus callosum, R. corporis callosi dorsalis (A. occipitalis medialis), Ramus corporis callosi dorsalis (Arteria occipitalis medialis) 
An artery arising from the parieto-occipital artery that supplies the splenium, the posterior portion of the corpus callosum.
