住院精神病人病情的特殊性以及受住院环境、抗精神病药物副反应等诸多因素的影响，给精神科的临床护理工作带来很多不确定性的安全隐患和风险，文章在分析精神科临床护理安全隐患及风险的基础上，提出相应的防范措施，以提高护理人员对护理安全隐患及风险防范意识，排除不安全因素、降低护理风险，避免给社会、医院、医护人员、患者及他人造成不必要的伤害。 Due to the particularity of the illness of the hospitalized psychiatric patients, and some influencing factors such as hospital environment and the side effects of antipsychotics, psychiatric nurses often encounter hidden danger and risks in clinical nursing work. On the basis of analyzing the hidden danger and risks in psychiatric nursing, this paper puts forward some corresponding preventive measures to enhance the consciousness of risk protection of the nursing staffs in their work, as well as to eliminate the insecurity factors and reduce the risk of nursing, thereby preventing society, hospital, medical staffs, patients and others from unnecessary harms.
