การวจยนเปนการวจยเชงวเคราะหแบบตดขวาง มวตถประสงคเพอ ศกษาปจจยการมสวนรวมของพยาบาลวชาชพ ในงานพฒนาคณภาพโรงพยาบาล ของพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลไชยา จงหวดสราษฎรธาน เครองมอทใชในการเกบขอมล ประกอบดวยแบบสอบถามขอมลทวไป แบบประเมนความรเกยวกบงานพฒนาคณภาพ แบบสอบถามเจตคตตองานพฒนาคณภาพ และแบบสอบถามการมสวนรวมการพฒนาคณภาพโรงพยาบาล ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนอหา โดยผทรงคณวฒจำนวน 3 ทาน คำนวณคา Index of Congruence เทากบ 0.06 และ โดยการนำแบบสอบถามไปทดลองใชเกบรวบรวมขอมลกบพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลชมชน จำนวน 20 คน จากนนนำไปหาความเทยงของแบบประเมนความรเกยวกบงานพฒนาคณภาพ ดวยคาคเดอร-รชารดสน 21(Kuder-Richardson 21) ไดเทากบ 0.75 แบบสอบถามเจตคตตองานพฒนาคณภาพ และแบบสอบถามการมสวนรวมการพฒนางานคณภาพหาคาสมประสทธ Cronbach's alpha ไดคาเทากบ 0.78 ตามลำดบ นำแบบสอบถามไปทดลองใชกบกลมตวอยางคอพยาบาลวชาชพจำนวน 30 คน ผลการศกษา พบวาระดบการมสวนรวมของพยาบาลวชาชพในงานพฒนาคณภาพของพยาบาลโรงพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลไชยา จงหวดสราษฎรธาน อยในระดบปานกลาง (x Mean = 3.58, SD = 0.48) และพบวา ความรเกยวกบงานพฒนาคณภาพโรงพยาบาลและเจตคตเกยวกบการมสวนรวมของพยาบาลวชาชพในงานพฒนาคณภาพโรงพยาบาล ของพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลไชยา มความสมพนธทางบวกในระดบปานกลางกบการมสวนรวมในการพฒนาคณภาพโรงพยาบาล อยางมนยสำคญทางสถตทระดบ 0.01 (r = 0.44; p < 0.01; r = 0.39..; pP < 0.01, ตามลำดบ) This Cross-section research study was aimed to investigate the factors of Factors Related tothe P participation inof professional nurses on the Hhospital Qquality Iimprovemrent of Professional Nurses inof Chaiya Hospital, Sura tThani Proviceprovince. Data were collected fromby questionnaires which consist ofing four parts, 1) General Qquestionnaire 2) kKnowledge due toof the development of the HHospital AAccreditation of nursesDevelopment questionnaire 3) aAttitude of due to of the Hospital Accreditation dDevelopment Hospital Accreditation of Personnel questionnaire and 4) Participation in HHospital QQuality IImprovemrent Participation of Professional Nursesquestionnaire. The questionnaires were tested for content validity by 3 experts which was Index of Congruence: IOC = 0.06. The reliability of questionnaires were tested to 20 subjects. The and Kuder-Richardson 21 was calculated for Knowledge of the Hospital Accreditation Development questionnaire was test for reliability was 0.75. The Cronbach's alpha co-efficiency was calculated for the Attitude and Hospital Quality Improvement Participation questionnaire which there were 0.78. by Kuder-Richardson. The result of study showed. T the moderate level Pparticipation of professional nurse in theabout development the Hhospital Aaccreditation development (x = 3.58 SD = 0.48). of Personnel was moderate level the most of participation in the development Hospital Accreditation of Personnel had High. ( Mean = 3.58 SD = 0.48) The knowledge and attitude were moderate significantly correlated to the participation at the moderate level (r = 0.44; p < 0.01; r = 0.39; Pp < 0.01, respectively).
