Bakalařska prace na tema Motivace pracovniho jednani nam poukazuje jak je důležita motivace pro zvýseni výkonu zaměstnanců. V teoreticke casti se prace zaměřuje na vysvětleni zakladnich pojmů, teorii motivace a různých koncepci řizeni. V empiricke casti na zakladě dotazniku zjisťujeme cim jsou zaměstnanci motivovani, co je pro ně důležite a co je vede k celkove spokojenosti. Ziskane udaje poslouži pro budovani noveho motivacniho programu.
