Double-crossed-step-stress (DCSS) accelerated life test (ALT) method is widely used for estimating the lifetime of products with high reliability and long lifetime. In order to further reduce the test time and test cost, a double-synchronous-step-stress (DSSS) ALT method which combines a double-synchronous-step-down-stress (DSSDS) ALT method and a double-synchronous-step-up-stress (DSSUS) ALT method is proposed. The accelerated stresses decrease and increase in a synchronous way with one step…

Planning Step-down-Stress Accelerated Life Tests with Two Experimental Variables

A two-factor step-down-stress accelerated life test of a two-Factor non-interactive model and can decompose the optimal solution of degradation into a non-degraded optimal (or compromise) test scheme are obtained.

Step-stress accelerated degradation test modeling and statistical analysis methods

Numerical Simulation of Double-Crossed Step-down-stress Accelerated Life Test under Lognormal Distribution

Whether the reliability test efficiency can be improved through the double-crossed step-down-stress accelerated life test is simulated by computer under lognormal distribution. In this

Step-down-stress Accelerated Life Testing──Methodology

Accelerated life testing(ALT) is a commonly used method in high-reliability and long-life evaluation, and it is adopted widely in life-determination and life-extension of weapon equipment. Based on

Double-Crossed Step-Stress Accelerated Life Testing for Pneumatic Cylinder

This paper discusses the principle and method of Double-Crossed Step-Down-Stress Accelerated Life Testing (DCSDS-ALT) for pneumatic cylinders. As to pneumatic cylinder, the step-down-stress testing

Double Crossed Step-Down-Stress Accelerated Life Testing for Pneumatic Cylinder Based on Cumulative Damage Model

Double Crossed Step-Down-Stress Accelerated Life Testing (DCSDS-ALT) discussed in this paper was implemented by switch down the double stresses alternately. Compared to constant stress test,

Accelerated Life Testing - Step-Stress Models and Data Analyses

This paper presents statistical models and methods for analyzing accelerated life-test data from step-stress tests. Maximum likelihood methods provide estimates of the parameters of such models, the

Statistical Analysis of Type II Censoring Data from Constant-Stress Accelerated Life Testing Method under Two-Parameter Exponential Distribution Law
