This project will design and construct a variety of safe and efficient nanoprobes and related nanomaterials with independent intellectual property rights, and explore the synergistic, anti-metastatic, and overcoming drug resistance effects of interventional therapy combined with chemotherapy.

A fluorogenic probe for sensitive detection of MMP-2/9 activities in clinical colorectal cancer tissues

This novel fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET)-based probe Dab-GPLGVRGY-FITC shows good specificity and sensitivity for the detection of active MMP-2 both in cancer cell and clinical cancer tissue, which may have great potential for early diagnosis of M MP-2/9 active colorectal cancer in clinic.

An Effective Multimodal Image Fusion Method Using MRI and PET for Alzheimer's Disease Diagnosis

Experiments on the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) dataset indicate that the proposed image fusion method achieves better overall performance than unimodal and feature fusion methods, and that it outperforms state-of-the-art methods for AD diagnosis.
