目的：建立中成药中梅片、艾片和合成冰片的鉴别方法。方法：样品经乙醚冷浸提取及ＳｅｐＰａｋＣ１８微柱处理后用手性毛细管气相色谱法进行测定。色谱条件：ＣＹＤＥＸ－Ｂ手性毛细管柱（２５ｍ×０２２ｍｍ，０２５μｍ）为分析柱，柱温１１０℃；分流进样，分流比１∶２５；进样温度２４０℃；ＦＩＤ检测器，检测器温度为３００℃；载气为高纯氮气，柱压１１３ｋＰａ；燃气为氢气，流速３８ｍＬ·ｍｉｎ－１；助燃气为空气，流速４００ｍＬ·ｍｉｎ－１。结果：发现这３种标示含梅片的中成药（桂林西瓜霜喷剂、双料喉风散和八宝惊风散）均未用梅片投料。结论：本法可作为中成药中梅片、艾片和合成冰片的鉴别方法。
