Изложены результаты опыта по изучению влияния ароматической добавки “ Карамель-Ваниль” на убойные показатели свиней крупной белой породы . Установлено, что выращивание и откорм кастрированных хрячков при добавлении в комбикорма названной ароматической добавки является эффективным технологическим приемом . Использование ароматической добавки с интервалом введения: каждые 10 суток - с добавкой, 10 суток - без добавки и так - до конца откорма - положительно повлияло на потребление корма, рост и оплату его приростами живой массы свиней.
