V-Type Proton ATPase Subunit S1

Known as: Vacuolar ATPase Subunit 1, V-ATPase S1 Accessory Protein, Protein XAP-3
V-type proton ATPase subunit S1 (470 aa, ~52 kDa) is encoded by the human ATP6AP1 gene. This protein plays a role in the acidification of vacuoles.
