PRF1 protein, human

Known as: Lymphocyte Pore-Forming Protein, perforin 1, human, Cytolysin 
Perforin-1 (555 aa, ~61 kDa) is encoded by the human PRF1 gene. This protein is involved in the mediation of cytolysis of infected cells.
