Methylthiouracil

Known as: Methylthiouracil [Chemical/Ingredient], Alkiron, 4-Methyl-2-thiouracil 
A thiourea antithyroid agent that inhibits the synthesis of thyroid hormone. It is used in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.
