Аннотация. Целью настоящего исследования явилась оценка риска развития рака легких у больных хронической обструктивной болезнью легких (ХОБЛ) с помощью модели риска рака легких HUNT. Материалы и методы. Исследованы 254 больных ХОБЛ. Исследуемую группу составляли больные ХОБЛ, имеющие длительный стаж курения. Исследование ФВД проводили на многомодульной установке типа «MasterLab/Jaeger». При оценке коморбидности применяли индекс Charlson. Оценка риска рака легких у больных ХОБЛ осуществлялась с помощью модели риска рака легких HUNT. Результаты. У больных ХОБЛ риск рака легких в течение 6 лет составил 2,41±1,14 для ХОБЛ 2 стадии, 3,56±2,01 для ХОБЛ 3 стадии и 4,93±2,42 для ХОБЛ 4 стадии. Риск рака легких за период 16 лет был 9,48±4,18 (ХОБЛ 2 стадии), 12,43±7,35 (ХОБЛ 3 стадии), 17,55±8,05 (ХОБЛ 4 стадии). Была получена достоверная корреляционная связь между ИМТ и риском рака легких (-0,75, p <0,01). Ключевые слова: ХОБЛ, коморбидность, модель риска рака легких HUNT. Annotation. The aim of this study was to assess the risk of lung cancer in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by means of the HUNT lung cancer risk model. Materials and methods. 254 patients with COPD were observed. The investigated group was made by the patients having the long experience of smoking. Research of function of external breath was studied with multimodular installation of type «MasterLab/Jaeger». In assessing comorbidity, the Charlson index was used. The risk of lung cancer in COPD patients was calculated by means of the HUNT Lung Cancer Model. Results. In COPD patients, the risk of lung cancer for 6 years was 2,41±1,14 for COPD in 2 Stage, 3,56±2,01 for COPD in 3 Stage, and 4,93±2,42 for COPD in 4 stages. The risk of lung cancer for the period of 16 years was 9.48±4.18 (COPD 2 stages), 12,43±7,35 (COPD 3 stages), 17,55±8,05 (COPD 4 stages). A significant correlation was found between BMI and lung cancer risk (r-0,75, p <0,01).
