胡杨是沙漠和盐碱地上造林中比较理想的树种,但胡杨插枝难于生根,而实生苗生长缓慢,且在苗期易感染锈病,难于进行大量而快速的繁殖。我们试验的目的是利用组织培养法探索快速繁殖胡杨的途径。国内外已有一些关于杨属植物通过组织培养获得小植株的报道,但直到目前尚未见到用胡杨茎脱分化产生的愈伤组织诱导获得小植株的报道。本文报道我们用胡杨当年枝条离体培养的愈伤组织诱导产生小植株的试验结果。
