“CUBE”, A low-noise CMOS preamplifier as alternative to JFET front-end for high-count rate spectroscopy

Abstract

We present a monolithic CMOS charge preamplifier named “CUBE”. It is specifically designed to be used with Silicon Drift Detectors (SDD).
