miR-133b Reverses the Hydrosalpinx-induced Impairment of Embryo Attachment Through Down-regulation of SGK1.

Abstract

Hydrosalpinx decreases the expression of the endometrial receptivity marker gene HOXA10 and impairs embryo attachment by modulating a cytokine/NF-κB/miR-133b/SGK1/HOXA10 pathway in vitro and in vivo.
