PURPOSE To determine the feasibility and diagnostic accuracy of high-spatial-resolution myocardial perfusion magnetic resonance (MR) imaging at 3.0 T by using k-space and time (k-t) domain undersampling with sensitivity encoding (SENSE), or k-t SENSE.
