Measurement of residual dipolar couplings (RDCs) has become an important method for the determination and validation of protein or nucleic acid structures by NMRf spectroscopy. A number of toolkits have been devised for the handling of RDC data which run in the Linux/Unix operating environment and require specifically formatted input files.
