This paper reports zinc oxide (ZnO)-coated piezoelectret polypropylene (PP) microfibers with a structure of two opposite arc-shaped braces for enhanced mechanical energy harvesting. The ZnO film was coated onto PP microfibers via magnetron sputtering to form a ZnO/PP compound structure.
