We propose a digital communication system on the basis of double spectral processing of ultra wideband (UWB) noise waveforms. The structure of the spectral modulator of UWB noise waveforms is presented for digital information transmission. The spectral modulator performs the code transformation of the UWB noise spectrum by means of simple delay lines.
