In this paper the most recent advances on ferromagnetic resonance (FMR)-based wideband microwave band-stop and band-pass filters using flip-chip yttrium iron garnet (YIG)/gadolinium gallium garnet (GGG)- gallium arsenide (GaAs) layer structures are reported.
