Theeffectsofjusticeanddispositionalattributionon reactionsto negativesupervisory feedbackwereexaminedin two studies. Study 1 showedthat criticism deliveredwith greaterinterpersonal fairnessresultedin morefavorabledispositionalattributionsabout thesupervisor, moreacceptanceof thefeedback,andmorefavorablereactionstowards thesuperiorandtheorganization.
