STUDY DESIGN Long-term prospective observational cohort study. OBJECTIVE The objective of the study was to compare the long-term functional outcomes of posterolateral fusion (PLF) and posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) for the treatment of adult isthmic spondylolisthesis (IS).
