OBJECTIVE The purpose of this review is to examine the evidence for determining the lowest threshold for diagnosing a sport-related concussion. DATA SOURCES MEDLINE, CINAHL, EMBASE, Mosby's Index, PsycEXTRA, PsycINFO and Scopus.
