The IgG antibody responses of sheep vaccinated by the subcutaneous injection of live tachyzoites of 'incomplete' strain S48 toxoplasma (Toxovax) were analysed by Western blotting. Antibodies corresponding to a range of tachyzoite antigens (13 to 48 kD) were detected, but the response was dominated by antibody recognising a 30 to 32 kD band.
