Wernicke's encephalopathy in nonalcoholic patients: clinical and pathologic features of three cases and literature reviewed.

Three cases of Wernicke's encephalopathy in nonalcoholic patients diagnosed by postmortem examination were reported to improve the recognition of this disease.
