BACKGROUND Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs) benefit weight maintenance for diabetic patients. We performed a systematic review to evaluate its weight loss effect on obese/overweight patients without diabetes in randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
