Nck links phosphotyrosine-based signaling to Arp2/3-dependent actin polymerization during many different cellular processes as well as actin-based motility of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC), vaccinia, and other vertebrate poxviruses by interacting with N-WASP/WASP.
