The mixed serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor, duloxetine, (5.0 mg/kg, s.c.), increased levels of serotonin (220%), dopamine (180%) and noradrenaline (470%) in individual dialysates of frontal cortex of freely moving rats.
