In general, the people with physical disability come from many reasons such as injury from accident, age and health problems. Therefore, wheelchair is needed to use when handicapped people would like to travel to any places by themselves. However, hands and arms must be used to operate the wheelchair. Consequently, people with hands and arms impairment finds difficult to use a typical wheelchair.
