Possible differential effects of laterality and caudality of cerebral lesions on simple visuoperceptual and visuomotor skills were examined. As expected, the right hemisphere lesion group was significantly more impaired than the left hemisphere lesion group. The effects of the caudality of lesion, however, yielded interesting results.
