BACKGROUND Villoglandular adenocarcinoma of the cervix is a rare neoplasm associated with a favorable outcome and has not been described as a complication of pregnancy. CASE A gravida at 20 weeks' gestation was found to have a bulky stage-IB adenocarcinoma of the cervix. She was delivered at 32 weeks' gestation by cesarean, then a radical hysterectomy and pelvic and periaortic lymphadenectomies were performed.
