Vesicostomy--an alternative urine diversion operation. Long term results.

Abstract

Seven patients were treated by the Schlegel-Mobley version of the vesicostomy. Six had neurogenic bladder and one an inoperable carcinoma of the urethra. There were no immediate complications.
