Vasopressin and oxytocin regulation of cyclic AMP accumulation in rat hypothalamo-neurohypophysial explants in vitro.

Abstract

Addition of vasopressin to hypothalamo-neurohypophysial explants in vitro increased cyclic AMP accumulation whereas exogenous oxytocin decreased cyclic AMP.
