In order to develop a method that allows to distinguish between white grape cultivars, the flavonoid profiles of 10 white accessions from the "Misión Biológica de Galicia" germplasm collection were studied during years 2003, 2004 and 2005 by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
