    • Summary - Partial sequences from internal transcribed spacer ribosomal DNA (ITS rDNA) obtained by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) from isolates of plant parasitic cyst nematodes, were compared with the published sequenœ for Caenorhabditis elegans and with each other. Data were from ITS 1 and ITS2 of the rDNA array, and included also parts of the 18S and 28S genes adjacent to the spacer regions.
