: The increasing trend for higher precision in manufacturing systems has brought an increasing interest in the design of servo controller. One of . the most effective methodologies for contouring applications is the cross-coupling control (CCC). This paper introduces a new CCC method which utilizes variable gains that are adjusted in process according to the shape of the part.
