OBJECTIVE To validate the Pediatric Voice-Related Quality-of-Life (PVRQOL) survey, which was designed to assess voice changes over time in the pediatric population. DESIGN Prospective longitudinal study. SETTING Outpatient pediatric otolaryngology office practice.
