The aim of this project was to develop conceptual and procedural bases for a national scheme for independent and expert peer-review of ICT-based teaching resources. The report is aimed at recording and consolidating information gathered since the project's inception for the benefit of those interested in the intentions and conceptual underpinnings of the scheme.
