The objective was to evaluate the feasibility and complication rate of vaginal hysterectomy with or without adnexectomy in women with enlarged uteri and/or other considered contraindications to the vaginal route. Over a period of 2 years, a total of 204 women underwent vaginal hysterectomy for benign pathology.
