The existence of vacancy-impurity clusters due to quantum properties of vacancies in phase separated solid solutions of $^{4}\mathrm{He}$ in $^{3}\mathrm{He}$ is analyzed and discussed. An additional mechanism called vacancy-assisted nucleation is proposed. According to this assumption the vacancy-impurity clusters should have the bcc structure.

Vacancy-impurity nanoclusters in solid solutions 3He- 4He
Structural effects streaming from the quantum nature of the vacancies in solid helium are considered. As known, the point defects in quantum crystals are delocallized and turn into quasiparticles –

Observation of Andreev-Pushkarov vacancy clusters in phase-separated solid solutions of 4He in 3He
New features are observed for the pressure in a phase-separated dilute solid solution of 4He in 3He subjected to multiple temperature cycling within the phase-separation region. The results are
Interaction of first and second sound in solid (4)He: properties of a possible Bose condensate.
TLDR
The interaction of acoustic waves with waves generated by heat pulses is measured and shows that there is an energy gap in the excitations of the high temperature phase and that coherent waves are carried by nonphonon excitations at the lowest temperatures.
Quasiparticle Theory of Defects in Solids
This book is devoted to the development and application of the quasiparticle approach in the modern theory of solids in order to present some new results, ideas and phenomena. Considerable attention
